Refund Policy
PrepNest Plan is a digital product with instant access upon purchase. All sales are final. Because your personalized list is generated and delivered immediately after payment, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you experience a technical issue accessing your list, please contact us at hello@prepnest.app and we will resolve it promptly.
